Return Policy

We accept exchanges for size(s) of your garment(s) or defective merchandise within 5 days of receiving your purchase. All items MUST be returned in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, for exchanges to be processed. In the event that we deem the products to have been used, soiled, or damaged, exchanges WILL NOT be issued. We DO NOT make exchanges based on incorrect customer decisions. If you wish to exercise your right to an exchange, please contact us directly by email at agalland@comlunip.com, with the subject line "Exchange Policy" and attached images of the products. We DO NOT issue refunds or cash returns, only merchandise exchanges. We DO NOT make exchanges or returns on purchases made outside of Mexico and/or the U.S. The customer must pay return shipping on merchandise exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable.
